Satisfaction guaranteed program
If you are ever dissatisfied with the facilities at a campground when you have just arrived, simply ask for a new campsite within the first half hour after registering. All participating campgrounds guarantee that you will then be relocated to the site of your choice, provided there are sites available. You can also obtain a refund, minus the deposit.
